I hope everyone has had a great break as we head into July.
Just to start off, please remember we do not practice until Wednesday this week, with our first meet of the week on Thursday in Granite Falls. We may have some fun relays to add to the meet, and I'm excited to hopefully get a break from the heat (my AC went out Friday).
Saturday is Sprint/Distance in Forest City. As details come out, I'll be sure to share.
Granite Falls pool is located at the Shuford Rec in Granite Falls, at 56 Pinewood Rd, Granite Falls, NC 28630.
We're less than three weeks out from Champs, so please sign up if you haven't. Those entries are due before the 18th!
